The industrial complex consists of 5 nos of Warehouses in various sizes and configurations amounting to a total built up of around 300,000 sq.ft.

A huge amount of Landscaped area has been planned as per the clients brief. Overall services, road layouts & turning radius, Security and drivers facility, Huge Parking etc. have been planned to make this  complex a World Class facility for their International clientele.

Keeping the local roots intact the compound walls have been designed in exposed bricks and Traditional Grill pattern to exhibit luxury.
